Logistics Coordinator
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a key role in keeping products moving efficiently throughout our supply chain. In this highly collaborative position, you'll coordinate shipments, support transportation and distribution activities, and help ensure products are delivered accurately and on time to both internal and external customers. Working closely with cross functional teams, you'll monitor logistics performance, resolve operational challenges, and contribute to the smooth flow of daily operations while supporting service and efficiency goals.
This role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on customer satisfaction, operational performance, and supply chain success. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail oriented, and enjoys problem solving in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
The salary range for this position is $60,000.00- $75,000.00 per year, based on experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).

Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 11:00am-8:00pm
Principal Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Arrange customer orders and transfer orders into successful shipments, considering payload, product availability, transit miles, and customer delivery windows.
- Maintain a loading schedule that meets plant capacity and collaborate closely with the shipping facility to adjust to changing capacity.
- Move orders through the transfer process for consolidation, considering product availability and transportation capacity.
- Collaborate with internal customers, including Customer Service, Wholesale Sales, Supply, and Transportation.
- Provide daily support to sales teams and supply teams regarding order changes and additions.
- Track and monitor cost and lane analysis using existing tools to support continuous improvement.
Minimum Education and Experience
- 4‑year degree in a business‑related field or a 2‑year degree with a minimum of 5 years of Logistics or Transportation experience.
Physical Requirements and Environmental Factors
- Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional movement to other offices or buildings.
- May need to move light equipment or supplies from one location to another.
- May need to access files, supplies, and equipment.
