Auto Body Repair Technician

The Pohanka Of Salisbury Collision Center is looking for an experienced Auto Body Repair Technician to join our team. We have recently expanded and need to add to our team to keep up with the influx of business. Busy shop with a great working environment and room for growth. Competitive pay based on experience and skill level. Flat Rate Hourly Pay with a salary of $75,000-$100,000 per year.

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency
• Mend accident-damaged vehicles including chassis alignment techniques and replacing body panels
• Replace damaged body parts, including bumpers, fenders, hoods, and trim
• Use hand and power tools for welding and soldering
• Communicate directly with management so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed
• Complete reports and records of work completed

• At least 2 years of experience in auto body repair
• General knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good customer service skills
• Team player
• Computer literate
• Valid driver’s license
