Overview

Position Summary

This role collaborates with stakeholders to gather market research and data, reviews key performance indicators, and builds action plans to improve performance. It involves researching, evaluating, and analyzing data to identify operational and driver experience gaps, developing and implementing solutions to improve program and process metrics, and leading process improvement projects using data-driven insights. The position covers end-to-end store fulfillment (e.g., picking, staging, dispensing, delivering customer/member orders through all channels) and drives the execution of multiple business plans by identifying customer, delivery service provider, and operational needs.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to obtain market research and data; review KPIs and develop action plans to improve performance.
  • Research, evaluate, and analyze data to identify operational and driver experience gaps; develop and implement solutions to improve program and process metrics.
  • Lead process improvement projects and use data to provide insights.
  • Understand and participate in all end-to-end aspects of store fulfillment (picking, staging, dispensing, delivering orders through all channels).
  • Drive the execution of multiple business plans by identifying customer, delivery service provider, and operational needs; develop and communicate business plans and priorities; remove barriers to performance.
  • Provide resources, define performance standards, measure progress, and adjust performance as needed.
  • Develop contingency plans; demonstrate adaptability; support continuous learning.
  • Set clear expectations and goals; ensure team members have information, resources, and time to accomplish initiatives.
  • Identify and plan for performance improvements using key business metrics; convey urgency to motivate the team.
  • Pursue measurable goals and leverage resources to achieve business outcomes; hold team members accountable for results.
  • Monitor progress and redirect efforts as goals change or results are not met.
  • Support driver supply and driver experiences through root cause analysis and solutioning; identify opportunities for resolution (e.g., engagement gaps, incentives, driver search and surge issues, app functionality, fraudulent actions).
  • Complete deliveries to understand and resolve driver and customer experience pain points.
  • Support digital change initiatives, mobile applications, digital roadmaps, and product launches within an assigned area; partner with operators to ensure adoption and seamless execution through training, communication, technology, and guidance.
  • Collaborate with operators on strategy execution; facilitate alignment between teams across digital spaces and determine resource requirements.
  • React to changes in the retail environment; build strategies and recommendations that support market share growth and digital product adoption.
  • Monitor compliance with company policies and procedures; support the company’s mission, values, and ethics and integrity.
  • Provide feedback to stakeholders on laws impacting digital services to prevent negative business impacts.
  • Promote and support company policies and Open Door Policy; evaluate ongoing effectiveness of plans and programs; collaborate with partners to improve efficiency and cost effectiveness.
  • Participate in and support community outreach events; promote change management, ethical standards, and customer service excellence.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, management, or a related field and 2 years’ experience in retail operations or related field OR 5 years' experience in retail operations or related field.
  • Valid state-issued driver’s license.
