Are you a hands‑on manufacturing leader with a passion for operational excellence, team development, and continuous improvement? We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations in a regulated production environment.
What You’ll Do:- Lead daily production activities to achieve production goals and KPIs.
- Drive safety, quality, and GMP compliance across manufacturing operations.
- Identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives, Kaizen events, and continuous improvement activities.
- Coach and develop production associates to maximize performance and engagement.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams including Quality, EHS, Maintenance, and Operations.
- Ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, ISO, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage inventory transactions and material flow using ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree with 1+ year of manufacturing experience OR
- Associate degree with 5+ years of manufacturing experience OR
- High School Diploma with 10+ years of manufacturing experience and at least 2 years of leadership experience.
