Receive, set, and transfer approximately 991,440 eggs per week with minimal damage;
Thoroughly clean and sanitize the hatchery and equipment;
Operate tray wash and separator machines for maximum throughput and minimal damage;
Safely transport and process approximately 250,000 chicks daily with quality control;
Follow management instructions and SOPs to support safety, efficiency, and teamwork
