Production Associate Lead - 1st Shift

The Production Associate plays a vital role in ensuring product quality and supporting smooth daily operations. In this role, you will demonstrate keen attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to safety as you manage production tasks that directly impact our standards and product excellence. A successful candidate will collaborate with team members to monitor quality, maintain efficiency, and follow safety protocols that protect both the associate and team members.

• Oversee and support daily production tasks to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Monitor quality and adherence to product specifications and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
• Follow PPE requirements and report unsafe acts or conditions.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and equipment to ensure smooth production.

• High School diploma or equivalent.

• Lead or supervisory experience in a production environment is preferred.

• Wet and moist floors; metal and plastic grating surfaces in plant environments.
• Temperatures from 28°F to 100°F with ambient humidity; product handling from 25°F to 50°F.
• Noise levels from 50 dB to 110 dB.
• Exposure to dust, feathers, and cleaning chemicals used in poultry processing.
• Must wear protective equipment and follow safety protocols; occasional exposure to carbon dioxide vapors (approx. 10 ppm) and chlorine less than 20 ppm.
• Able to stand for extended periods; may lift up to 50 lbs, and perform reaching, bending, and pushing tasks on conveyors.
