Receive, set, and transfer approximately 991,440 eggs per week with minimal damage;
Clean and sanitize hatchery environment including hatchers, setters, evaporative coolers, heaters, and duct work;
Operate tray wash and separator machines to maximize throughput with minimal product damage;
Transport and process approximately 250,000 chicks daily with accurate distribution and quality control;
Follow management instructions and SOPs to maintain safety and quality
