As a Shipping Supervisor, you’ll oversee daily shipping and production operations, ensuring smooth workflows, high quality output, and strong compliance with safety and regulatory standards. You’ll be a hands‑on leader who develops talent, supports associate growth, and promotes a culture of safety and continuous improvement. The salary range for this position is $68,000 - $102,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).
