This is a full-time on-site role located in Havre de Grace, MD, for an Advertising Account Executive. The candidate will manage client relationships, develop advertising strategies, conduct sales pitches, and ensure successful execution of campaigns across television, radio, and digital platforms. Additional responsibilities include identifying potential clients, collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored advertising solutions, and tracking campaign performance to optimize results.

This role requires strong client engagement and multidisciplinary collaboration to drive growth and achieve client satisfaction.

• Experience in Account Management, building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Proficiency in Sales and ability to exceed performance targets
• Skills in Marketing and providing client-specific campaign strategies
• Knowledge in Digital Media and Mobile Marketing to optimize multi-platform campaigns
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to analyze and report on campaign performance
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Familiarity with the Delmarva Peninsula market is a plus
