Senior Pastor – Allen Memorial Baptist Church
Allen Memorial Baptist Church in Salisbury, Maryland, is searching for a Senior Pastor to lead the congregation in evangelism, preaching engaging sermons, providing pastoral care, and steering the church’s vision toward disciple‑making in line with Baptist doctrine. The Senior Pastor will demonstrate compassion, effective preaching, pastoral care, strong leadership, vision casting, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities- Lead evangelism and preach engaging sermons
- Provide pastoral care to the congregation
- Guide the church’s vision and strategy for disciple‑making
- Demonstrate strong leadership and vision casting

Salary Range: $85,000 – $110,000
