Mobile Registered Nurse

Full‑Time Professional.

Location:

Salisbury, MD and surrounding counties. Salary Range: $80,000 – $95,000 annually.

Schedule:

4‑day, 36‑hour work week (Monday–Thursday).

Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Summary

This full‑time, community‑based role focuses on improving health outcomes through assessment, diagnosis, treatment, health promotion, and care coordination. The Registered Nurse works directly with a Nurse Practitioner to deliver care in client homes, community settings, and office settings. The RN serves as a key member of an interdisciplinary team, contributing to continuity of care and supporting clients whose physical health needs may be influenced by mental health conditions, lifestyle factors, or social determinants of health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize electronic medical records to document services, track care progress, and ensure completion of nursing interventions.
  • Monitor and verify that physicians’ orders are carried out accurately and consistently.
  • Assess medication compliance, coordinate refills, and support clients with medication education.
  • Provide health education, wellness promotion, and clinical training as needed.
  • Deliver skilled nursing services tailored to the individualized needs of each client.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Active Maryland Registered Nurse (RN) license and insurance, or a minimum of two years of clinical experience with plans to obtain RN credentials.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and clinical documentation skills.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Privileged and approved to perform all duties related to client treatment coordination.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
