The Center for Aesthetic Surgery is seeking an experienced, motivated Registered Nurse to serve as the Director of Nursing for our Medicare-certified, AAAHC-accredited ambulatory surgery center specializing in plastic surgery and aesthetic procedures.

• Direct all clinical nursing operations of the ambulatory surgery center.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare Conditions for Coverage, AAAHC accreditation standards, OSHA, CDC, and applicable state and federal regulations.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate perioperative nursing staff.
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, competency assessments, orientation, and continuing education.
• Maintain and improve quality assurance, infection prevention, risk management, and patient safety programs.
• Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and quality metrics.
• Work closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and administrative leadership to optimize patient care and operational efficiency.
• Prepare for and participate in accreditation and regulatory surveys.

• Current RN license (Maryland).
• Minimum five years of perioperative nursing experience.
• Previous ambulatory surgery center or operating room leadership experience preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of ambulatory surgery regulations and accreditation standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification.
