Dialysis RN Career Opportunity

Embark on a fulfilling career as a Dialysis RN at Encompass Health. As a Hemodialysis RN, you will provide direct patient care to inpatients in need of dialysis, supervise care and treatments, conduct patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns.

• Providing direct patient care to inpatients in need of hemodialysis.
• Supervising care and treatments, conducting patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns.
• Building rewarding relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid in their recovery.
• Educating nursing staff on the care of the hemodialysis patient, hemodialysis equipment, and hemodialysis standards of care.

• Current RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• ACLS certification within 1 year of hire.
• CRRN certification preferred (we can help you obtain it).
• 6 months dialysis nursing experience required.
• 1 year of experience in an inpatient hospital setting preferred.
