Clinical RN II (Children's National Pediatricians & Associates)

Department: 10458, Foggy Bottom. Pay Range: $31.31 - $52.19. Eligibility:
Telework based on practice needs.

• Provide professional nursing care for physician's office patients following established standards and practices.
• Plan and implement care based on patient needs, including triage/assessment and patient services.
• Administer medications, conduct EKGs, lab work, radiological films, venipuncture, and ensure proper documentation.
• Observe, record, and report patient’s condition and reaction to treatments to physicians.
• Coordinate case management, conduct follow-up assessments, and collaborate with specialists.
• Perform quality control and assurance activities, ensuring compliance with CLIA, OSHA, and other regulatory bodies.
• Participate in shared leadership, contribute to Children’s National’s MAGNET journey, and engage in performance improvement processes.
• Participate in community activities, attend required meetings, and serve on committees as requested.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an approved nursing school.
• Minimum of 1 year RN experience in a clinical setting.
