Housing Advocacy Vocational and Employment (HAVE) is looking for a dedicated and compassionate DDA RN/DN to join our team in Easton, MD. • Provide direct nursing care and health assessments to individuals with developmental disabilities (DDA population)
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized health care plans in compliance with DDA regulations
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and external healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care
• Administer medications, perform treatments, and document clinical findings accurately
• Train and supervise direct support professionals (DSPs) on health-related protocols and procedures
• Conduct routine health screenings, wellness checks, and follow-up appointments
• Ensure compliance with Maryland DDA policies, COMAR regulations, and agency standards

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maryland
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities (IDD) preferred
• Knowledge of Maryland DDA regulations and COMAR healthcare standards
• Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to train and mentor direct care staff on health and safety protocols
• CPR/First Aid certification required or ability to obtain upon hire
• Compassionate, patient, and advocacy-focused approach to care
