Nurse Supervisor

Seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead patient care and team management in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.

• Developing and implementing personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
• Serving as a liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff.
• Supervising nursing care, treatment, and services during assigned shifts or units.
• Monitoring staff performance through feedback, evaluations, and discipline.
• Providing direct patient care when necessary and fostering meaningful patient relationships.
• Celebrating patient recovery milestones.

• Current RN licensure as per state regulations.
• BLS certification; ACLS and CRRN certifications to be obtained within specified time frames.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
• At least two years of recent inpatient hospital experience.
• Previous leadership experience, such as charge nurse or lead role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage staff performance and build patient relationships.
• Commitment to compassionate, tailored patient care.
