Sales Lead, Retail, Retail & Store Manager

Overview

It is all about delivering an in‑store customer experience. You connect with both kids and parents, sharing enthusiasm for kids’ athletic sneakers and apparel, adapt to various customers, and resolve issues with a smile. You also mentor teammates to do the same. Leading the team, you drive sales to maximize profits following the division’s standards. Your performance is measured against personal and productivity goals.

You assume leadership and managerial responsibilities when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent.

• Inspire and motivate the team to drive sales that deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable about all product offerings and collaborating with coworkers to provide excellent sales service.
• Deliver on sales, customer experience, merchandising, visual, and operational expectations.
• Maintain personal and productivity goals.
• Uphold the quality and productivity of every aspect of the store.
• Act as a partner between customers, sales associates, the Assistant Manager, and the Store Manager.
• Learn and share product expertise and trends to meet customer needs.
• Maintain awareness of all product knowledge, current, and upcoming trends.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.

• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience.
• Motivated to achieve great results through enthusiasm for interacting with customers and athletic products.
• Initiates completion of tasks or activities without required supervision.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Rate of Pay: $18.25 / hour
