Salary range: $74,000–$78,000 annually, plus monthly bonus. The role leads a team for at least 40 hours a week in‑store.

You’ll lead a world‑class retail team, driving store success through execution and operational excellence.

• Full responsibility for store performance, including sales, financials, merchandising, inventory, and staffing strategy.
• Hiring, talent development, and key people decisions in partnership with Leadership and HR.
• Daily operations that deliver revenue, productivity, and customer experience goals.
• Develop sales action plans that grow market impact and community presence.
• Analyze performance, identify trends, and implement operational improvements.
• Workforce planning, scheduling strategy, and labor management.
• Make independent judgments on store‑level operations and employee relations decisions.
• Partner strategically with leadership, including performance reporting and business insights.
• Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and compliance with policies and laws.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in the wireless industry.
• Track record of leading a store and delivering strong business results.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to inspire a team and connect with guests.
• Business acumen, metrics understanding, and drive results.
• Experience coaching, training, and developing team members.
• Flexible to work weekends and travel as needed.
• Ability to motivate Sales Representatives to meet and exceed performance expectations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, walking, etc.

Minimum Salary: $71,400, Maximum Salary: $100,800. These are projected ranges based on national data.
