The Part‑Time Core Sales Associate will deliver a world‑class experience, surpass sales goals, and continually find innovative ways to engage and attract our fans (customers).

• All other duties as assigned.

• Demonstrate a results‑oriented selling style with at least 1 year of experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
• Show a sense of Care in communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Be at least 18 years or older and can provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Dream and embrace adventure! Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays is part of the excitement; ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive on time.
• Consistent schedule availability of at least 20 hours per week preferred.
• Hours typically up to 12 hours base weeks, increasing to 21 hours during peak weeks (not to exceed 30 hours per week). Dependability matters: regularly scheduled during peak hours or critical shifts, including weekends.

$15.00 - $17.60 commensurate with experience
