Prepared meal and rotisserie chicken associates prepare fresh food items daily for members, following recipes and maintaining warm rotisserie chicken ready for immediate take‑out. The role involves proper wrapping, labeling, and storage of merchandise, ensuring freshness, and assisting members with bakery orders while upholding a customer‑focused environment.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare food according to item specifications and maintain high‑quality standards.
- Ensure shelves are clean, temperature controlled, expiration dates verified, and lower‑quality items disposed of.
- Wrap, label and store merchandise, ensuring a ready‑to‑take‑home inventory.
- Assist members with bakery requests and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain the sales floor in accordance with company policies, including handling claims, returns, and arranging merchandise.
- Prepare and serve ready‑to‑eat food.
- Keep the prepared foods area clean and sanitized.
- Use digital tools to support production, training, and product quality decisions.
- Manage stock rotation, monitor quality and date control standards, and eliminate waste.
- Act as a team member, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Be a Team Member: Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product specifications, help educate associates, and remain flexible to business needs.
- Be an Expert: Prepare food per specifications, plan production, adhere to food safety standards, and maintain equipment.

Hourly wage range: $17.00 to $24.00 per hour.
Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, location, season, or specific work performed.

Minimum Qualifications- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Food Service experience.
- Food Handler Certification (Food Safety).
