Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting company products and services. Operates hardware such as cash registers, processes member purchases, assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges. Provides pharmacy products and services to members, assisting with processing prescription and OTC orders, stocking and securing pharmacy supplies, filing prescriptions, and maintaining required documentation.

Receives and stocks merchandise in the pharmacy area, organizes and maintains the area, and completes required paperwork logs. Completes work assignments and priorities using company policies, data, and resources while collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners.

• Assist members with purchasing decisions and locate merchandise.
• Operate cash register hardware and process payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Process prescription and OTC orders and maintain accurate prescription information.
• Stock, secure, and file pharmacy supplies and merchandise.
• Complete required paperwork, logs, and forms.
• Prioritize tasks, communicate progress, and recommend improvement opportunities.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.

Certification as a Pharmacy Technician and U.S. eligibility to work.
