Join Sam's Club as a Merchandising Associate to support members, maintain a safe environment, and ensure effective product flow. You will operate equipment, manage inventory, provide member services, and uphold Walmart’s standards of integrity and teamwork.

• Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics, using the Open Door Policy when needed.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely; load, move, and position merchandise pallets.
• Receive, organize, and ship merchandise; track inventory, maintain in‑stock levels and address shrinkage.
• Perform regular safety sweeps, forklift spotting, and hazardous‑material handling, reporting unsafe conditions to management.
• Maintain sales floor and merchandising presentation, stocking, rotating merchandise, and displaying promotional items.
• Assist with club pick‑up orders, staging, and ensure timely picking by Associates.
• Provide excellent member service, addressing technology, purchasing, and location queries.
• Collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and other partners to define priorities, meet deadlines, and continuous improvement.
• Follow Walmart’s values: respect individuals, act with integrity, work as a team, and strive for excellence.

• 90 days of prior experience with forklift certification.
• Proficient with pallet jacks.
• Age 18 or older.

• Customer service experience.
• Retail experience.
• Experience supervising a team.
