Our fresh‑food associates help keep shelves stocked and maintain the sanitary conditions of our freezers and coolers. In the deli department you will be the first point of customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience.

• Maintain safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines; conduct safety sweeps, handle hazardous materials, spot forklifts, and report unsafe situations.
• Maintain the sales floor and merchandise presentation in the freezer/cooler/deli area; handle claims and returns, zone the area, receive and stock merchandise, set up, clean, and organize product displays, sign and price merchandise, complete required audits, paperwork, logs, and ensure fragile and high‑shrink items are secured.
• Provide member service by acknowledging members, locating merchandise, assisting with purchasing decisions, providing deli products, resolving issues, and promoting company products and services.
• Follow food‑handling policies, operate, repair, and sanitize equipment, follow cold‑chain procedures when stocking merchandise, clean the freezer/cooler/deli area (including windows, mirrors, display cases, and coolers), monitor freezer/cooler fans, drains, and doors, and report issues to management.
• Ensure high‑quality products are handled and available for members; ensure shelves are clean; maintain temperature control; verify expiration dates; dispose of lower‑quality food products; pack ready‑to‑sell products in proper containers and stock displays; maintain a clean, sanitized, and member‑ready area.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Successfully complete all required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period if hired.
