The Flex Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. You will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract our fans.

• Peak hours are defined as evenings, weekends, holidays, and other high-traffic periods such as promotions or product launches.

• Results-oriented seller with strong sales experience.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Minimum age 18, with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays; able to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive to work on time.

$15.00 -$17.60 commensurate with experience
