- Guide homeowners through insurance claims after roof/storm damage
- Conduct roof inspections and storm assessments (ladder work required)
- Build rapport, present options, and close deals with confidence
- Keep accurate notes and files in our CRM system
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients from inspection to install
- Experience in roofing, insurance restoration, or home improvement sales (preferred)
- Familiarity with insurance claims and adjuster communications
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
- MHIC Sales License (or willingness to obtain)
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
