• Own the parts sales process from inquiry to final delivery for both retail and internal service clients.
• Collaborate directly with the Parts Manager to locate, track, and source out-of-stock items.
• Manage special order requests efficiently and keep customers updated on order statuses.
• Deliver prompt, professional, and friendly communication across all dealership departments.
• Maintain strict adherence to workplace safety regulations and industry compliance standards.

• Experience:
  
  Minimum 2 years of automotive dealership parts experience required.
• Software:
  Experience with CDK Drive is a strong plus.
• Skillset:
  Excellent time management, sharp organizational skills, and a strong work ethic.
