Retail Security Officer

Wage: $18.30 per hour

License: Maryland State License Not Required but Preferred

Security Officer / Guard (Full and Part Time)

• Observe and report activities and incidents at an assigned client site, ensuring the security and safety of client property and personnel.
• Patrol a variety of locations and actively monitor premises.
• Maintain order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site, including personnel, visitors, and the area.
• Provide customer service and information to client employees and customers as needed.
• Meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guards.
• Pass drug screening and background check requirements.

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Physical ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, and move up to 25 pounds.
• No prior experience required; retail, food service, or hospitality experience is a plus.
