Unarmed Security Officer

Enterprise Security Services Corporation is adding dependable Unarmed Security Officers to support client sites on Maryland's Eastern Shore, in and around Salisbury. With more than 30 years of experience as a women‑owned, minority‑owned company, we value officers who provide steady, reliable, professional coverage.

This role covers client locations across the Salisbury area, including retail corridors, commercial properties, and similar sites. Because assignments follow coverage needs, your specific worksite can vary, and we look for officers who can work reliably throughout the area.

• Provide a steady, visible presence that deters theft and unauthorized access
• Patrol assigned interior and exterior areas to catch concerns early
• Control access at entrances and monitor key points
• Assist customers and staff courteously and professionally
• Respond to incidents and emergencies following site procedures
• Report unusual activity observed on patrol or via surveillance
• Keep accurate daily activity logs and incident reports

• Possess or be able to obtain Maryland security guard certification through our licensed agency under MSP requirements
• Meet Maryland's minimum age and eligibility standards for security work
• Pass a criminal background check
• Dependable transportation to assigned sites in the Salisbury area
• Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
• Prior security experience is welcome but not required

• Flexible, availability‑based scheduling
• Reliable weekly pay following company pay cycles
• Uniform & equipment (ClassA black uniform; radios may be provided)
• Schedule may include days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
• Open shifts at additional client sites for officers who want more hours
