Residential Electrician
Location: Salisbury MD (With local Travel in MD/DE)
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Residential Electrician with at least 2 years of hands-on experience to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality work, can work independently or as part of a team, and is comfortable interacting with homeowners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential homes >
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide effective solutions >
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams >
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with local electrical codes and safety standards >
- Perform panel upgrades, wiring, lighting installation, and general electrical repairs >
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members regarding work scope and timelines >
- 2+ years of residential electrical experience required >
- Journeyman Electrician license in Maryland or Delaware preferred >
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required >
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, tools, and safety procedures >
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively >
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail >
- Experience with service calls and troubleshooting >
- Ability to mentor apprentices or junior electricians >
- Strong customer service skills >
