Position: (USA) Senior Meat Cutter

Provide customer service and educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources; maintain effective communication and interpersonal skills;
Maintain in-stock levels and control shrinkage; track goods and ensure inventory accuracy;
Process meat according to specifications (cutting, slicing, grinding, wrapping) and ensure compliance with food safety standards and sanitation guidelines;
Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment; utilize handheld digital tools to drive sales and improve product quality and training;
Support profitability and operational excellence; train and mentor team members; uphold company policies and integrity in daily tasks.
