Habitat America, LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician in Salisbury, MD for The Village at Mitchell Pond. The role requires 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience and hands-on skills across repairs, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, drywall and painting.
The Technician will handle routine maintenance tickets, assist with unit turnovers, and join the after-hours on-call rotation, reporting to the Community Manager. Benefits include health, dental, PTO and a 401k plan.
