Qualifications
- Master’s degree in computer science or related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus three (3) years of experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus five (5) years of experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
- Seven (7) years of experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
The Software Engineer shall be responsible for developing, sustaining, and troubleshooting software suite of applications including DINO and possibly future capabilities asmission needs arise. Software development activities include implementation, testing, and integration with other COTS, GOTS, and FOSS products, packages, and libraries.
Position Required Skills- Experience using the Linux CLI and Tools
- Experience developing scripts using Bash
- Recent Python (3.x) software development experience
- Experience with Messaging Frameworks including RabbitMQ
- Experience with No
SQL databases including MongoDB - Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and containerd
- Experience with container orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes
- Experience creating Helm Charts to deploy containerized services on Kubernetes
- Familiar with CI/CD principles, methodologies, and tools including Git Lab CI
- Experience with distributed logging and monitoring concepts and tools including Elastic Stack and Prometheus/Grafana Experience using Git Source Control System
- Experience with SQL databases including PostgreSQL
- Familiar with IaC principles, methodologies, and tools such as Ansible
- Experience with Rust programming concepts, or a willingness and aptitude to learn Rust
- Experience with the Atlassian Tool Suite including Jira and Confluence
2HB Incorporated is seeking a Mid-level Software Engineer in order to support its government customer in Annapolis Junction, MD.
This position requires a TS/SCI/Full Scope Polygraph Clearance. It is a full-time position.
