• Leading the design, build, and implementation of automation frameworks for self‑service resource provisioning on cloud platforms.
• Developing and executing strategies to integrate complex automation solutions into existing operational workflows.
• Spearheading key AI initiatives, including the development and successful deployment of LLM‑based chatbots for password resets, monitoring, and responding to alerts.
• Leading the development of a scalable, centralized platform for deploying new AI‑based applications. Guiding the creation and management of temporary sandbox environments to provide flexible, on‑demand development spaces for agencies.
• Actively identifying and evaluating opportunities to integrate AI tools and agent‑based solutions to enhance and automate program processes.
• Collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure automation and AI strategies align with business objectives and technical roadmaps.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field;
  Master’s preferred.
• Ten (≥8) years of experience planning, designing, building, and implementing IT systems.
• Proven experience designing and building automation frameworks for self‑service provisioning in a cloud environment.
• Hands‑on experience leading the development and deployment of AI‑based applications, including LLM‑based chatbots and AI agent solutions.
• Demonstrable experience developing or architecting platforms for deploying and managing AI applications.
