Senior Salesforce Developer
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team. The successful candidate has proven capability to develop solutions in Salesforce and will work with business analysts, architects, and other members of the team to help drive innovation using the Salesforce platform. This role focuses on building scalable Salesforce solutions using modern engineering practices.
Basic Requirements- Ability to obtain a U.S. Federal Position of Trust clearance designation.
- Must reside in and be able to perform work in the United States.
- Must have lived in the United States for 3 of the last 5 years.
- Bachelor's degree (bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent preferred).
- Architect and develop scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple orgs
- Lead development of complex features using Apex, LWC, and integrations
- Own CI/CD processes using Copado, including pipeline design and optimization
- Perform code reviews and enforce design patterns and best practices
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using Mule Soft or APIs
- Configure and manage static code analysis of Salesforce code (e.g., Checkmarx, Snyc) and remediation of bugs
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership
- Collaborate with architects on enterprise-level design decisions
- 8+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, integrations, and large-scale implementations
- Experience with Copado or similar Dev Ops tools
- Strong understanding of Salesforce APIs (REST, Bulk, Streaming)
- Experience with middleware integrations (Mule Soft preferred)
- Experience in regulated environments (CMS, Federal)
- Experience with Dev Sec Ops tools (Checkmarx, Snyk, etc.)
- Knowledge or experience of Agentforce and Data

Many of our roles require the hired candidate to go through public trust clearance. A minimum of 3 years of stay in the U.S. within the last 5 years is required to be eligible to qualify for public trust clearance sponsorship.
Work LocationHeadquartered in Arlington, VA, we also have a primary office in Baltimore, MD for those who prefer to work on-site. However, with employees spread across 40+ states, we have many remote roles.
