Job Description

We are looking for delivery drivers available on weekends.

• General Duties: Operate equipment, stock ingredients, prepare product, receive and process orders, take inventory, clean equipment and facility.
• Communication: Understand and give written instructions, communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers over phone and in person.

  Perform accurate math, give correct change, process orders via computer or touch screen, navigate maps within designated delivery area and adverse terrain.
• Delivery Specific Duties: Deliver product by car to customer drop‑off, deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Work
  
  Conditions:
  
  Varying and sometimes adverse weather, temperature extremes in store, exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces or tools, sharp edges, moving mechanical parts.
• Sensing Requirements: Hearing for phone calls, near and mid‑range vision, depth perception, ability to discern hot/cold surfaces, long‑distance vision and night vision for driving.
• Temperament: Direct tasks, work repeatedly, solo or with others, under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze data, make judgments.

• Stand for most tasks; walk on ceramic tile/linoleum surfaces; work surfaces 36"–48" high.
• Walk short distances and for short durations; travel between store and vehicle.
• Sit while completing paperwork at a desk.
• Lifting: bulk deliveries up to 50 lbs; use hand truck to unload and stack up to 72" high.
• Carrying: large cans (≈3 lbs), pizza sauce (≈30 lbs), pizza dough trays (≈12 lbs each, up to three per trip).
• Pushing: trays on dollies up to 30" long, force up to 7.5 lbs.
• Climbing: infrequently navigate stairs, ladder; delivery may require five or more flights.
• Bending: forward bending 30–45 seconds, repeated; cannot flex knees at assembly station.
• Crouching/Squatting: occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas.
• Reaching: up, down, forward continuously; above 72" occasionally.
• Driving: deliver pizzas within designated area; multiple deliveries per shift.

• Minimum age 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Must possess navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area, including adverse terrain such as multi‑story buildings.
