Hourly Range: $23.00 – $25.00/hr (Based On Experience & Incentives) ALL INCLUSIVE
(FT Only) Waive all benefits and receive an extra $3.00 an hour!

, the Van Driver is responsible for transporting residents to and from medical appointments and other approved destinations safely, courteously, and in a timely manner.
- Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments and approved destinations in facility vehicles.
- Assist residents in and out of the vehicle as needed while ensuring safety and comfort.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and operational vehicle in accordance with facility and safety standards.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and facility transportation policies.
- Conduct routine vehicle checks and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns.
- Maintain timely transportation schedules and communicate any delays or concerns to the appropriate staff.
- Provide courteous and respectful interaction with residents, families, staff, and medical providers.
- Ensure resident safety and well-being during all phases of transport.
- Report directly to the Maintenance Department.
Prior maintenance experience is strongly preferred
.
- Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license.
- Must have a clean driving record and demonstrate safe driving practices.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience transporting patients to and from medical appointments required.
- Ability to interact professionally and compassionately with residents, families, staff, and the public.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Strong desire to work with and support the elderly population.
