Join Mitchell Martial Arts Inc as a Van Driver, where you'll play a vital role in transporting students to and from our martial arts classes. We are looking for a reliable and friendly individual to ensure our students arrive safely and on time, contributing to a positive learning environment.
Responsibilities- Safely transport students to and from martial arts classes and events.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, ensuring it meets safety standards.
- Assist students with boarding and exiting the van, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Follow scheduled routes and adhere to traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with parents and staff regarding schedules and any changes.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service to students and parents.
- Be available for flexible hours, including mornings and afternoons.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Experience driving larger vehicles or vans preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with children and create a positive environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety procedures.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- First Aid/CPR certification.
We transport children to and from local schools. There is a morning route from 7:00 am to 9:00 am, and an afternoon route from 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm. Availability for one or both routes may be required
