To continue our standard of excellence, Piedmont is seeking a motivated, reliable professional to join our team as an Aircraft Maintenance Planner in our Maintenance Department. The primary responsibility of the position is the planning and preparation of production schedules that support the overall strategic plan of the Maintenance Department.
The Aircraft Maintenance Planner schedules Engineering orders, Service Bulletins, and Airworthiness Directives and ensures the availability of parts and personnel. The successful candidate will have previous experience in Aircraft Maintenance Planning. This position reports to the Manager, Aircraft Maintenance Planning.
- Plan and prepare production schedules that support the overall strategic plan of the Maintenance department
- Coordinate with the Maintenance department to ensure adequate staffing
- Coordinate with Materials Support for material requirements
- Schedule Engineering Orders, Service Bulletins, and Airworthiness Directives, and ensure availability of parts and personnel
- Compile and issue daily maintenance work packages consisting of scheduled maintenance, Service Bulletins, trend work orders and pilot discrepancies
- Perform duties of the maintenance scheduler in their absence
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in Aircraft Maintenance Planning
- Previous airline experience
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Business, or related field
- Standard office environment, use of telephones, computers, and other office equipment
- Occasional lifting to 25 pounds

Employment is contingent upon a clear driving record, 10-year Criminal History Records Check, and drug screen as required. We also require proof of high school or GED completion. Minimum 18 years of age.

Starting Rate$43,000.00/Annual Salary - 49,000.00/Annual Salary (Based on locale and experience)
