• A knack for building rapport with a variety of people, with a considered and friendly communication style.
• An ability to think on your feet and offer practical solutions.
• Organised and reliable approach, with a knack for juggling multiple tasks and deadlines.

You must also hold an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate (we will guide you through the process).

• Experience in a customer service, retail, hospitality or employment support setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and similar systems.
