POSITION OVERVIEW
  
 The Production Material Handler I is responsible for staging, moving, and delivering raw materials and finished goods to support production schedules. This role ensures accurate inventory handling, cleanliness of work areas, and compliance with company safety and quality standards.
 DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PUESTO
 El Manipulador de Materiales de Producción I es responsable de preparar, mover y entregar materias primas y productos terminados para apoyar los programas de producción. Este puesto garantiza el manejo preciso del inventario, la limpieza de las áreas de trabajo y el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad y calidad de la empresa.
  
  ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 
 Supply and stage raw materials according to production requirements.
 Load/unload materials from machinery and transport equipment.
 Monitor material quality and notify supervisor of issues.
 Maintain clean and orderly work areas.
 Support production efficiency by ensuring materials are available on time.
 Follow all company policies, safety rules, and procedures.
 Complete documentation accurately.
 Perform other related duties as assigned.
 
 FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES ESENCIALES DEL PUESTO
 
 Suministrar y preparar materias primas según los requisitos de producción.
 Cargar y descargar materiales de la maquinaria y equipos de transporte.
 Supervisar la calidad de los materiales y notificar al supervisor sobre cualquier problema.
 Mantener las áreas de trabajo limpias y ordenadas.
 Apoyar la eficiencia de producción asegurando que los materiales estén disponibles a tiempo.
 Cumplir con todas las políticas, normas de seguridad y procedimientos de la empresa.
 Completar la documentación de manera precisa.
 Realizar otras tareas relacionadas según se asignen.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
 
 High School degree or GED
 Ability to communicate at all levels and with the ability to understand and communicate ideas both verbally and written.
 Ability to read and follow production schedules
 Good communication skills and teamwork abilities

Strong attention to safety and quality standards.
 Must maintain regular and reliable attendance and be in good standing with the company, adhering to all policies and performance expectations.

CALIFICACIONES MÍNIMAS
 
 Diploma de escuela secundaria o GED.
