POSITION OVERVIEW
 This position is responsible for assisting machine operators in achieving consistent performance against targets, through ensuring the smooth flow of material and work. Individuals in this role are responsible for maintaining quality and speed performance within the scope of their role, while minimizing scrap, in addition to working to ensure the accuracy of all manufacturing data and/or documentation.
 DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PUESTOEste puesto es responsable de asistir a los operadores de máquinas para lograr un rendimiento constante frente a los objetivos, asegurando un flujo fluido de materiales y trabajo. Las personas en este rol son responsables de mantener la calidad y la velocidad dentro del alcance de sus funciones, minimizando el desperdicio, además de trabajar para garantizar la exactitud de todos los datos y/o documentación de fabricación.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 Material Handler 1
 
 Follows the requirements of the assigned schedule to meet Material Handler demand.
 Sets up orders based upon established specifications.
 Associates can effectively and safely operate an order picker, electric pallet jack, manual jack and reach truck.
 Associate understands how to interpret Raw material labels, storage unit labels.
 Associate can perform /ZPUTAWAY
 Stages boxes to assemble orders for production.
 Adjust order forms to reflect the status of production orders.
 Moves material in and out of stocking locations with scanner.
 Completes any required paperwork. ·
 Perform the cycle counts as required.
 Wrapping Pallets for all customers. Dock Audit & Sign off.
 Associates can effectively consolidate raw material inventory in SAP using /ZPUTAWAY to maintain inventory accuracy and organization of goods.
 Associate understands the green tag process required for all raw materials that require inspection prior to release.
 Cleans area and any assigned equipment.
 Notifies the Supervisor of any problems.
 Completes projects and tasks assigned.
 Ensures proper inspection of quality of goods.

 Advises superior on issues regarding safety.
 Ensures the compliance of procedures to all company policies.
 Any other reasonably related duties as assigned by supervisor or other higher-level managers.
 Must maintain regular and reliable attendance and be in good standing with the company, adhering to all policies and performance expectations.

• Coloca cajas para ensamblar pedidos de producción.
• Ajusta los formularios de pedido para reflejar el estado de las órdenes de producción.
