Office Manager
The Goodman Millwork Company is seeking an experienced office manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate must be versatile with a wide range of accounting skills and capabilities from previous years of experience.
SpecificJob Responsibilities
This position works as a business partner with the company leadership to effectively control the financial process. The position is responsible for the following financial and accounting processes:
- Restore & maintain the discipline and process for current base accounting system
- General accounting principles - AP, GL, Payroll, P&L, Cash Flow management
- Quick Books & Microsoft Office skills
- Monthly Financial Results Analysis and Reporting
- Inventory Tracking & Analysis
- Labor Tracking & Analysis
- Monthly Financial Reporting
- Organization and leadership skills
Monday - Friday 8:00am till 5:00pm
