Rowan-Cabarrus Community College is accepting applications for the Dean’s Assistant in our Health and Human Services department. Under the supervision of the Dean of Health and Human Services, the Dean’s Assistant performs a variety of administrative and technical duties to support the daily operations and strategic initiatives of the division.
The Dean’s Assistant is responsible for coordinating office activities, managing schedules and communications, maintaining records and documentation, and providing direct support to the Dean and departmental leadership. This position serves as a key point of contact for faculty, staff, students, and external partners, ensuring efficient and timely communication and workflow throughout.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.), and two (2) years of clerical, customer service, or office experience; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above
