Kelly® Professional & Industrial is hiring a 2nd shift Office Assistant for the Logistics Department for a Manufacturing Warehouse in Salisbury, NC

Shift: 2nd Shift : 2:30pm – 11:00pm (with possible overtime requirements) Monday – Friday with Over Time required when needed. Possibly need to train on 1st shift. Payrate: $20.00 – $21.00 per hour (based on experience & qualifications) Weekly Pay every Friday

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Maintain departmental expense budget spreadsheet to correctly show monthly status. Submittal of back charge reports. Reconcile expense budget against accounting charges and update YTD spending charts. Submittal of various from such as associate action, service desk, disposals, shipment requests, etc. Create weekly capital project budget status and issue report to appropriate members. Document scanning and electronic filing. Scheduling of events such as meetings, trainings, etc.

Update team calendar and on call list as well as inventory and maintain appropriate levels of various office equipment as well as annual fixed asset inventory.

Qualifications:

Preferably 3 or more years of relevant experience. Accounting, asset tracking, or other bookkeeping experience. Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint. Have effective written, verbal, and communication skills. Steel toe shoes required
