* Job Summary:

** The Quick Lube Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance services, including oil changes and fluid checks, on customer vehicles in a fast-paced environment. This role requires technical knowledge, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

* Key Responsibilities:

**
* ** Routine Maintenance:**  + Perform oil changes, fluid checks, and filter replacements following company standards.  + Inspect vehicles for additional service needs and communicate findings to customers.
* ** Customer Service:**  + Greet customers and explain services performed.  + Provide recommendations for additional maintenance or repairs as needed.
* ** Equipment Maintenance:**  + Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area and equipment.  + Ensure tools and equipment are in good working condition and report any issues.
* ** Safety Compliance:**  + Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.  + Handle hazardous materials, such as used oil and filters, in accordance with regulations.

* Qualifications:

* Education:

**  + High school diploma or equivalent; automotive certification is a plus.

* Experience:

**  + Previous experience in an automotive service or quick lube environment preferred.  + Familiarity with automotive systems and maintenance procedures.

* Skills:

**  + Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.  + Excellent customer service and communication skills.  + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.

* Physical Requirements:

*** Ability to lift and move heavy items, such as oil containers.
* Comfortable working in various weather conditions and in a shop environment.
