Project Coordinator
The Project Coordinator supports Private Brand packaging and product development initiatives by coordinating supplier communications, managing project data and documentation, maintaining project tracking systems, and ensuring assets and product information are complete, accurate, and delivered on schedule. This role serves as a key liaison between suppliers and cross-functional internal teams, driving project execution through proactive follow-up, process management, and continuous improvement.
This role will work collaboratively with internal & external stakeholders and will report to the Own Brands Business Operations Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain project planners and communication trackers to support cross-functional teams.
- Track project activities, stakeholder communications, milestones, status updates, and action items.
- Coordinate supplier outreach to obtain required project documentation for Own Brands.
- Monitor project progress through consistent supplier follow-up to ensure deadlines are met.
- Review submitted documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements.
- Transition completed documents to project owners and stakeholders for review and approval when applicable.
- Create and maintain organized project documentation and SharePoint folder structures.
- Maintain project tracking systems with accurate status updates, supplier communications, and project milestones.
- Supports the Own Brands Business Operations team with document management for critical business processes and priorities.
Qualification:
- Experience with vendor outreach administration.
- Preferred job experience with at least one third-party database system.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic Knowledge of Project Management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management skills.
- Detail-oriented, deadline driven, and able to multi-task.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Share Point, Word, Excel).
- Ability to prioritize work across multiple projects.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision.
