Food Lion is seeking a Leadership Talent Development Specialist to design, deliver, and refine our Leadership College portfolio across the organization. You will facilitate adult learning sessions ranging from one to four weeks and help retail leaders deliver the Retail Management Trainee Program to high-potential graduates.
You will maintain a replicable curriculum design, align content with Brand, Strategy and Culture, and collaborate with diverse teams. Travel up to 30% is required.
