We're looking for a Spec II - Architecture Engineering professional who combines technical expertise with strong project coordination skills to support high-quality, efficient project delivery. In this role, you'll collaborate across multiple engineering disciplines and play a key part in ensuring construction documents, designs, and processes are accurate, efficient, and aligned.
What You'll Do
* Review, track, and manage project change orders-identifying trends and implementing improvements to prevent recurring issues
* Provide in-house technical support for remodels, takeovers, and special projects
* Coordinate and manage construction documents across multiple projects and deadlines
* Collaborate with architects, engineers, vendors, and contractors to align design and execution
* Assist in training and mentoring AutoCAD specialists
* Communicate design and scope changes clearly to both internal teams and external stakeholders
* Respond promptly to requests from landlords, contractors, vendors, and governing authorities
* Support the development of engineering concepts, fixture layouts, and scopes of work
* Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve accuracy and productivity
* Apply value engineering strategies to optimize cost while maintaining quality and consistency
* Utilize tools such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Virtual Premise to manage data and documentation
* Analyze, organize, and present technical information clearly using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Salisbury, NC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $42.00/hr.
