What You'll Do
Drive Project Success
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, keeping milestones, timelines, and deliverables on track.
* Review and process change orders, identifying opportunities to improve accuracy and prevent future issues.
* Ensure construction documents are clear, complete, and aligned with project goals.
Be a Trusted Technical Resource
* Provide in-house technical support for remodels, special projects, and new initiatives.
* Collaborate with architects, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to solve challenges quickly and effectively.
* Interpret construction methods, materials, codes, and site-specific requirements with confidence.
Collaborate & Communicate
* Act as a key point of contact for landlords, contractors, governing authorities, and internal teams.
* Clearly communicate changes and updates to keep everyone aligned and informed.
* Support and train team members, including AutoCAD specialists.
Improve & Innovate
* Identify ways to streamline engineering processes and improve efficiency.
* Value-engineer plans to reduce costs without compromising quality.
* Stay current on tools and technologies, including AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and industry platforms.
What You Bring
Core Skills & Experience
* Project management experience with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
* Strong ability to read and interpret construction documents
* Excellent organizational, planning, and documentation skills
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong communication abilities
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite
Nice to Have
* Experience in a retail or commercial environment
* Familiarity with engineering coordination across multiple disciplines
* A collaborative, team-first mentality

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Salisbury, NC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $42.00/hr.
