Voice Engineer With IPT
Location:
Salisbury, NC.
Job Description:
- Management of telecom expense of a client with over 10 K users.
- Procure new devices for users and design/deploy solution of IPT infra issues.
- Handle critical IPT voice requirements.
- Need to answer user calls based on enquiry, request and complaints on call usage, data usage, plans, VAS, billing issue, coverage related issues.
- Answer queries related to IPT phone issues, infra issues, call path issues for example phone issues, call issues etc.
- Coordinate with OEM, field services, local IT ops for loaner and spare device management, repair and break-fix services.
- Follow up with vendors.
Ensure timely resolution of incidents and tasks.
Understanding of common IPT telecom terminologies and services.
Understanding of voice, data and/or wireless services.
Understanding of IPT enterprise infrastructure ex CUBE, WXCC, CUCM, UNITY, SME, voice gateways, SIP, SCCP, MGCP, UCaaS.
